When I first interviewed here, I learned about the firm’s commitment to continuing education. They want the team to be knowledgeable and up-to-date on the law. As a new paralegal to the firm, I am very impressed that not only are the attorneys encouraged to attend CLEs, but so are the paralegals.

Occasionally, when my children have had school functions or appointments during work hours, my requests for time off are invariably met with comments like, “I can’t wait to hear all about it” or “I hope it goes well." It’s important to me to find balance between my career and my personal life. As a working mother, I find it a great comfort to know that the firm is understanding when it comes to family obligations.
