David M. Hastings is a senior attorney who concentrates his practice in general business counseling, with special emphasis on supply relationships, commercial real estate, licensing and financing transactions.
Mr. Hastings regularly counsels and represents business clients and their owners in matters involving private acquisitions and sales, management agreements, distribution agreements, various leasing transactions, technology licensing and business formations.
Education
Mr. Hastings received his J.D. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law and Jurisprudence and his B.A. degree, from St. John Fisher College.

Mr. Hastings is a member of the Business Law Section and the Intellectual Property Law Section of the American Bar Association, and the Intellectual Property Law Section of the New York State and Monroe County Bar Associations.
